Meetings & Conferences
Conferences: £250 Half Day (4Hrs Max) £400 Full Day (available from 08:00) Includes use of main area, projector system, screen, sound facilities (inc. wireless microphones), parking for staff, delegates & unlimited Wifi access. Tea & Coffee facilities charged at £1 per delegate & topped up throughout day.
Training & Away Day: £300 Includes use of Media Lab, projector system, 14 workstations with laptops, printer, parking for staff and delegates, unlimited WIFI access. Tea & Coffee facilities charged at £1 per delegate and topped up throughout day.
Breakfast Meeting Package: Dedicated space (either Media Lab (14 delegates max), Main Area or Gallery), Breakfast filled rolls (meat & veg options), pastry selection, flipcharts, WIFI, projector and screen, parking for staff and delegates, Tea and Coffee, Herbal Infusions and Juice/waters. £25 per delegate.
